Mental Health in the Pandemic

This poster series was designed in connection with the recurring lockdowns prompted by COVID-19 outbreaks in Nova Scotia. With it being a time of acute stress for many, these lockdowns often took a toll on the mental health of Nova Scotians. I chose to address this concern through the slogan "Don't let your physical bubble become a mental bubble." to encourage viewers to be proactive in caring for their mental health during this time. This phrase is arranged over top of photos of Halifax streets that appear foggy and distorted.
